Carl L. Britt, Jr.

Attorney Carl L. Britt, Jr. was born and raised in Fairmont, North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. He attended Campbell University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina since 1980.

Attorney Carl L. Britt, Jr. has been in private practice in Cumberland County since 1980 when he moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina. He has practiced in many areas of North Carolina law, including Federal law. He is an experienced trial attorney who has tried cases in State and Federal Court, and he has argued cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and Federal Appellate Courts. Currently he concentrates his practice in personal injury plaintiff litigation and North Carolina criminal defense.
